5.00It was a lot of fun with one hour worth of flight time. Most of the staff does not know English so it was hard to know what is needed. I would recommend reach out to the company ahead of time as they did not contact to make arrangements. I would also ask them to provide clear instructions if you do not have a car.

5.00We bought tickets to surprise my sister for her birthday and it was amazing. When they arrived at the meeting point they were preparing the balloon and we could see how they started everything. Even if it was a little cloudy the views were amazing, it seemed like everything from a movie. The trip was very pleasant and quiet, during the flight it was neither cold nor hot, the sunrise views of Segovia from above unmatched. In the end we all helped to collect the balloon, it was very nice to see so many people collaborating cheerfully. The captain was very funny and explained everything clearly and humorously. Upon landing we were offered pecking and explained the tradition of drinking cava after ballooning and a little history. They took pictures and videos from outside the globe and sent them to us the next day. All the staff were very friendly and returned us to the starting point as promised. Definitely an experience we will repeat!
