A minimum age of 8 is expected for group classes. Minors typically require parental or guardian consent and supervision, and both the child and parent/guardian must participate in the class together.

Participants must confirm good physical health and are advised to seek medical clearance for strenuous activity if pre-existing conditions exist.

The maximum group size is limited to 13–15 people to ensure a personalized and focused training experience for every participant

Participants are advised to arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to their scheduled class. Late arrivals may result in reduced training time, and no refunds will be issued for missed portions of the session

In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different tour, or a full reimbursement.
