5.00Our guide was fantastic. Can’t say the same about working with Viator, who cancelled the tour in the middle of the night with no notice. A credit card mishap resulted in an immediate cancellation with no heads up to me. When I called the first person I spoke with was worthless, which no attempt to resolve. This negative response left a sour taste and desire to continue doing business with Viator. Will re-evaluate going forward.
