The Palace Museum
The Forbidden City, also known as the Palace Museum, lies in the city center of Beijing, and was once the Chinese imperial palace of the Ming and Qing Dynasties (1368 - 1911). It was listed as a World Heritage Site in 1987 and is the largest, best-preserved ancient timber-built palace complex in the world.

5.00I would like to recommend Demi Deng, a tour guide in Beijing. A very knowledgeable guide, kind, patient, sympathetic, smiling, speaks good English. We did 3 days of tours with her, a group of 12 friends. We all really enjoyed her guidance, her great knowledge and her ability to please everyone.

5.00We are had great time in Beijing especially for the first 2 days with Demi tour. Demi really explained details to us for every place that we visited. My eldest boy who loves History , enjoyed how Demi explained the history of any places that we visited. We will surely come back to her if we visit Beijing again in future again.Thank you Demi !!

5.00We took a full day tour to Ming tombs + Great Wall with Demi. 🤩🤩🤩. Her ability to revive the history preserved in the archeological site of the Ming tombs was amazing. We ended up with a fascineted time + thorough knoledge about Ming dainesty. She speaks very clear english and it's great fun to speak with her about daily life in China vs. your hometown. I highly recomend Demi and urge you to use her service if looking for a tour guide.

5.00Amazing experience! We had a guide and a driver and they took us to the Wall and the Forbidden city. We had very limited time but they did their best and thanks to them we got to see the most important parts of Beijing! Totally worth the money.

5.00My two day tour was quite AMAZING! My guide, Alice, arrived both days at my hotel promptly on-time, was so friendly and professional. She arranged extra stops to the Olympic Stadium, post office and supermarket. This was money so well spent. I saw everything I was supposed to see and it was all done with a big smile! Thank you so much Alice! You did a FANTASTIC job! I'm flying back to NYC a happy man!
