  Had an absolute blast on this tour! Corrado was an amazing guide. He was super fun and friendly. I felt like we really got to know him and he was intersted in learning more about us and our cultures as well, so it was just a great day of socializing and wine! Corrado is also super knowledgeable about wine but also Italy and its history. The wineries were both beautiful with delicious wines and food. They also had great tours with a history of the vineyards, but not a long overwhelming tour. Really loved this!

  This was a guided private tour. We enjoyed San Gimignano and our guide Massimo pointed out spots to see on our own. We visited two family-run wineries which were quite different and were fed plentiful local fresh foods paired with select wines. The food cost was extra, but worth it. The tour cost was pricey, but a full chauffeured day in Tuscany was an experience of a lifetime not to be missed. Be prepared to purchase wine to send home.

  If you don’t do this tour you will miss out an authentic and most memorable experience! First of all Massimo was truly amazing. He was knowledgeable, kind, very engaging AND my 88 year old mother was using a cane from an injury. He took care of her like he would his own mother! Helping her down stairs etc. AMAZING He took us to the most wonderful family owned wineries not commercial large operations which most tours do. The folks at Altiero were just Fantastic! We felt so much a part of the family. The lunch provided was so delicious , the wine unbelievably good. The scenery…indescribably amazing. I highly recommend this tour. You will not regret the experience

  We had a fabulous time on this tour. The town of San Gimignano was beautiful and the two wineries had amazing wine, food and views. The wine staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The lunch was filling and tasted amazing! Our driver/guide, Massimo was friendly and also very knowledgeable about wine and the area. We would highly recommend this tour!

  What can I say . Simone was a wonderful driver and guide and answered all our questions on the trip and lots more besides . This tour was picture postcard Tuscany and was the highlight of our 10 day tour which included the Amalfi coast . This tour topped it though . The small family winery was especially good with a friendly welcome and wonderful food , wine and views . Fantastic

  I would highly recommend this tour! What made it truly exceptional was having Massimo as our expert tour guide. He was knowledgeable, funny, and kind! He provided us with a local's insights into the region and wines. We had enough time in San Gimignano, sampling the "Best gelato in Italy", before moving onto the wineries. The two wineries chosen were both family run and provided an intimate experience. The lunch included was so fresh and deicious. It was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable tours I've taken in Italy. Definitely take this tour!

  We had a wonderful day! Vito was an awesome guide and driver! The wine tastings were beyond our expectations! Jessica and her family made us feel welcomed and lunch was remarkable. We gained so much knowledge and appreciation for beautiful area of Tuscany.

  We had a private van all to ourselves. Wonderful and friendly service. Loved the wine tours. our guides were great! We did multiple day trips with this company and loved all of them. Highly recommend.
