2.00Florence was beautiful, but after several hours of walking, we were required to walk another 2.5-3 miles to get the bus. Told that it is a Florence restriction for buses. Our guide did not provide any whispers for us, so it was impossible to hear her in the city.

3.00It was too fast paced for our convenience. Hardly could stop at a place for few minutes. Not so happy with the tour organisers. Last munite they changed the tour time from 8.30 to 9.30am and we could not be contacted as we were on cruise and no network. We had to wait for an hour and half unnecessarily.

5.00This excursion was good. My only complaint is that it is too large of a group for this type of excursion. Small windy streets and alleys are not conducive to 50+ people trying to follow. Also, we spent an extra 15-20 minutes waiting for people who couldn't follow directions and were late to the meeting location in Florence, which caused us to have a shortened amount of time in Pisa. Our guide was very knowledgeable, and was good at sharing information and history.

5.00It was a guided tour and brought us to the places we needed to see… although it was raining when we went to Florence, it couldn’t be helped.
Condensing two beautiful places, Florence and Pisa, down to a few hours and still feeling the vibes of each place!

5.00We really enjoyed this tour of Florence and Pisa. Our guide Alessandro was great and pretty funny too. In Florence, he gave us the option of following along for the tour, exploring on our own or a combination of both. In Pisa, we were able to explore on our own. Alessandro kept us on schedule and as promised, we were back to our cruise ship with time to spare. I recommend this tour - it was great - but be aware it involves a lot of walking.

4.00Overall, this tour was ok. The tour operator girl seemed very disorganized, we had a late start, and overall the “tour” in Florence wasn’t great….. but we still had the opportunity to see Florence (just not a lot of time there, and we didn’t do all of the things listed - I think because we had a late start), and Pisa. There isn’t a lot to do in Pisa aside from the leaning tower, but I still wanted to see it - so we picked this tour. If I were to go back, I would stick to a tour or day trip to Florence only, as there is so much to do and see there. If you want to visit both places, this tour is a decent option as there is a lot of driving - but just know you may not get to see everything you want to in Florence.

5.00I usually don’t like long tours, but this one was different. It felt natural, smooth, and the guide really knew how to keep us interested. He spoke to us like friends, not just tourists, and made sure we were comfortable the whole way.
