  A perfect offshore cruise excursion from start to finish. Our tour guide, Kyiko , and driver, George, made the one-hour trip feel effortless. They were both funny and informative, and Kyiko's impressions — along with his great classic singing Volare — added even more charm to the experience.

  This tour is only transportation even if you select the slightly higher price that suggests you will be toured in Pisa. No tour or information just speeded through Pisa to then be free to take time on your own on the way back. Skip the "speed walk" and just follow the simple map on your own.

  Its just a bus ride. Nothing expectacular. The tour did not start on time. They waited for the next batch of tourist to join the bus

  The tour guides were well-organized, handling several buses for different destinations in a tight space for the many customers very well. The employees were easy to spot, and the directions provided to the meeting point were clear and accurate. Our departure was perfectly on time, which is commendable considering the crowded area directly outside the terminal. Our "guide" spoke understandable English, but the guiding was limited to talking a little on the bus and leading the group to the old city gates, and meeting us back at the bus to depart. From the gates, it was self-guided and we used the map of Pisa to follow as our walking tour route. The bus ride is just over an hour each way, and it was a clean, comfortable double-decker bus with roughly eighty passengers. I recommend this service to anyone wanting a comfortable round trip from La Spezia to Pisa. It's basically a transfer, not a tour, which met our expectations nicely.

  We only did the transfer option to Pisa from La Spezia. The bus was clean and air conditioned and the guide was knowledgeable about the area and noted interesting things as we drove along to Pisa. There was some miscommunications about pickup and we ended up getting left behind but to be taken back by another tour with their company (thankfully).

  The Viator operator provided clear information regarding the start and end times, as well as the meeting locations. However, I would strongly recommend setting the return meeting point at the entrance of the Leaning Tower of Pisa rather than the parking lot. Although the operator advised using Google Maps to navigate back, the suggested route differed from the one we had taken on foot from the parking lot to the tower. We left 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time, and Google Maps estimated an 18-minute walk. I ended up pushing my father in a wheelchair at a very brisk pace to ensure we made it back in time. Thankfully, we arrived just in time. The shuttle driver saw us approaching and kindly motioned for us to slow down, which was very thoughtful of him. Unfortunately, not all participants were able to return to the shuttle on time. While I can't say for certain whether they were delayed specifically due to navigation issues, I did hear the operator mention that anyone who missed the shuttle could join the next one, which was very thoughtful

  Tour guide was excellent! She gave enough guidance but we were free to wonder where we wanted to. The coach was clean.
