Tickets to the Forbidden City require a real- name reservation 7 days in advance and are easily sold out. Otherwise, international travelers have to line up at the entrance of Forbidden city to buy tickets on the spot.
We offer free pick-up within the Third Ring Road of Beijing, beyond which there will be an extra charge, so we suggest you book centrally located downtown hotels. Please get ready at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes in advance of the pick-up time confirmed with you a day before. No-show is non-refundable.
Please provide the correct passport information for booking the real-name tickets. And make sure to carry the same identification when travelling; otherwise, you will be refused entry by the scenic areas.
Group Size: About 12 people. There are chances that 10% of the tour groups will exceed 12 people but we will make proper arrangements.
Departures are guaranteed with two persons in Mar to Nov and three persons in Dec to Feb.
Since the Forbidden City is closed on Mondays, we’ll arrange Summer Palace instead of Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City.

Visiting this square cause too many time consuming security checks. To enter Tiananmen Square quickly, especially during holidays, we suggest you leave your bag in the car and only carry the passport and bottled water with you to go through the no-bag passage rather than waiting in long queues for security check.

5.00We had such a great time on this excursion. I still can’t believe I went to the Great Wall of China. We did the toboggan ride down the wall. Out guide was great and even going to the Square and Forbidden City.

5.00I did this tour as part of an 18 hour layover in Beijing. I had an issue with being delayed and missing the start of the tour but Jenny, and Echo from HQ were incredible sending a taxi to rescue me and to catch up with the tour. The tour was a good mix of activities and was busy but not overwhelming. Jenny was so informative and kind and really went above and beyond to make the day memorable- thank you!

5.00We chose this tour because it was one of the few that was giving us the chance to visit many different places in one day. The driver picked us up on time from the hotel, our tour guide was waiting for us to start our amazing experience. Our guide, Jenny was speaking excellent english, was giving us a lot of amazing information during the whole trip. We even visited extra places that were not mentioned in the tour description without any extra cost (tea experience and Jade processing). Jenny was making sure during the whole trip that everything was running smoothly and was facilitating everything for us. This tour is highly recommended and if possible ask for Jenny to be your guide.

4.00The tour is great, Jenny (the guide) is very energetic, careful and helpful. The tour is well organized and has all inclusive. The only aspect to improve is the guiding part itself: it would be nice to have more historical context of the tour, overview of major historical events and some fun facts.

Throughout the course of 10 hours, we had visited many places including the Great Wall, the Forbidden City and a tea house. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the experience. The schedule was well structured, transport was comfortable, and we never felt rushed.
