  We are seeking a refund. After being misguided several times about where to even begin boarding, we finally found a bus to board about 2 hours after we planned to ride. This ruined our day and kept us from seeing other parts of DC we thought we'd get to see.

  Dear Reader, how best to sell this to you, if you want to hand over your hard earned cash, then receive a substandard experience, then this is the tour company for you. For our experience, we booked our tour online in advance, hoping to see as much as possible. We started early, walked to the National Mall, then explored on foot before heading to Stop 1 for the Blue Route. On getting there we were told the stop had been closed and were given directions to the new stop location (Stop 8), which we were told was the new Stop 1. On getting there and waiting, then watching a bus drive past, a staff member arrived. We were then told we were in the wrong location, and should be at Stop 6. The day didn't fair better. The bus map they have, ignore it. Yes, they'll try and stop close to the marked stops, but the route, well, they'll make that up. Bus frequency, yep, that's also made up. Don't be surprised to be waiting over an hour, then two buses arriving at once. Be prepared to hear excuses such as mechanical issues, or waiting on the driver. Hopefully we've been successful at sharing my experience and from this, you may consider a different bus tour company. Thank you for reading.

  We were doing a Trip in Washington DC and Lena was our guide today. She was amazing. Gave us all the information we needed to make things very convinient and easy. Highly appreciate her and will definitely take big bus again in another city.

  The website had the wrong address for us to be picked up for the Sunset tour. We waited for 45 minutes, called the tour co., was put on hold for over 20 minutes with never an answer. They now say they will not refund us for the tour.
