Can use for both green line and red lines. Buses are either with Big Bus Tours logo or Citysightseeing. Reserve adequate time as it took a long time to finish one route due to traffic. it stated need to get the tickets from the office but actually they won't help you at the office, just asked me hop on a bus that day, show Viator QR code (i need to ask viator by whatsapp as it didnt show on my app) and would redeem a paper ticket which worked. Some bus stop sign didn't indicate for the tour bus e.g. National Museum just east exactly the bus stop on front. Some of the audio guides on the buses were out of services and lack some language as stated. All in all is fine for enjoying the city rides

Booked through Big Bus hop on hop off. When i went and got ky ticket was told i could use the city sight seeing buses as well, all same company. Got the ticket that included a walking tour and boat tour. Walking tour was through Luna tours, my guide was great! Was hesitant about doing, have a bad knee. Was mostly flat, very few steps. The boat tour was nice, was ontop deck. So not sure if there was commentary about what you're looking at, cause i heard none up there. But still good. Buses were clean, timely. I prefer the Big Bus buses cause top deck is open

The experience was a bit disappointing due to the audio not working properly and the buses not being open top. The number of buses was good though and ran longer than 5pm.

Buses not on time. Poor sharing of information. Hot and crowded. Staff unfriendly. We got off and took an uber.
