Very nice boat and friendly staff. Informative audio guide. We enjoyed the boat trip and although it was quite full and a lot of the other people were quite noisy we were still able to enjoy it.

The experience on the river cruise was absolutely beautiful and very informative. The trip included a free drink and had the option to sit inside or outside. Definitely recommend and worth the money. Easy to follow and easy to check in.

I would have given a zero or a minus score if I could. On the website For a takeout order they offer a time slot. At 6pm I ordered a pickup at 7pm so our food would be ready. We arrived and it took over an hour for us to get our food. When inquiries were made into when it would be ready, I got “ I hope so”. There was no urgency and no care. I live locally and I will not go back. Sad because the food was ok.

It was a great experience. Nice sightseeing inside a closed boat with the freezing temperature outside. We tried booking with other venues, but couldn’t get the tickets. We did it woth Viator.

Overall nice experience. Boat was clean and left on time. Directions to dock were clear. Appreciate the glass of wine during the evening cruise. Sights were beautiful.
Old boat falling apart and broken

Boat is old. Chairs are broken and dangerous. The headphone system doesn’t work in most chairs to hear the commentary and then the commentary doesn’t line up to where the boat is at in the river. Book another boat. Should have a negative score!

Great trip on a really well maintained and modern boat.. The drink/audio part of the trip was a little chaotic but all the staff were lovely and the trip certainly delivered the photo opportunities which is pretty much the main point 👏👏
