Hop-on Hop-off tour ticket is valid for use during operating hours for 24 or 48 hours after first use.
Wheelchair accessible, please call ahead for arrangements
Two ways to activate tickets: 1. Download and open the Big Bus app. Tap "Add Booking" and enter your booking reference. On the day of travel, open your ticket and press "Activate" then show your activated ticket to the driver at any stop along the route. Plus, use the app for route information and live bus tracking. 2. Redeem voucher and activate with Big Bus staff at Stop #1 - Big Bus Tours Visitors Center at 99 Jefferson St (corner of Jefferson and Mason Streets, or with any driver at any stop along the route.

4.00Overall it was a great experience. Lots of great information provided and the ability to tour SF without having to drive in the city was A+. The ability to hop off and on is a definite plus. The only negative was that we waited almost 45 mins at Pier 39 for the next bus. So just as a caution make sure you don't have a tight schedule.

1.00We got on and within two stops they evacuated the bus because 2 people couldn’t hear the narration. Waited over 30 minutes for new bus. Got off and back on and the bus a/c was broken. It was more than 100 on the bus. 90 degrees outside. Driver wouldn’t let us off until I exclaimed “I’m going to vomit” have now spent 3 days trying to get a refund. We told our hotel to never recommend them again. Bus was also dirty and not well maintained. Don’t waste your money.

5.00Picked up our tickets from the lovely Andrew on fisherman’s wharf. Bus arrived promptly, the audio guide was good and I would recommend it as a good way to check out the city before exploring further. Would recommend chatting with Andrew too! He knows stuff! Ciao!!

1.00Your drivers are so rude, yelling at customers. Busses inside like a sauna, no air not even able to open the window.. top was full. Drivers don’t stop at all stops!!

5.00The entire experience was superb! We enjoyed seeing the city from the top of the bus and learning more about each area. We enjoyed and learned so much that we extended it to a second day. The guides are wonderful and very helpful. We highly recommend Big Bus Tours!

5.00Blake was amazing, making sure me and my family, a party of 8 with 2 people in wheelchairs visiting from Ft. Lauderdale, had a great time! He answered all of our questions, making us feel at ease and provided great information about the tour. He was very pleasant and patient. We saw a lot on the tour and driver also made sure my family members in wheelchairs boarded without issues and were comfortable. Thank you, Blake and tour bus driver!
