1.00We paid nearly $200 for 2 days of hop-on-hop off. We waited about 30 minutes to get on the bus at Union Square. Once we arrived at Fisherman’s Wharf we (and other riders) were told to get off the bus and get in back of huge line. I didn’t think there was enough room and we would need to wait another 30 minutes for the next bus. We complained to the onsite supervisor and he didn’t care. He said it was their practice. I likened it to being in the middle of our meal at a restaurant then told to leave because other people were waiting. There were disabled people that were told to get off the bus too and wait in the back of the line. It makes no sense and the supervisor was very rude about it. I am definitely using another vendor next time.

2.00HO-HO bus was just OK. Stops aren't clearly marked or announced, narration is garbled and can't hear. You're pretty much on your own other than it's good for not having to drive/park.
