  After multiple reviews pointed out incorrect address for ticket retrieval since June 2025...the address has not been corrected so we wound up wandering around. Maybe thinking they would update it was too much to expect. Tour was fine...my headphone jack was inoperable but the others in my party were ok aside from the static. We had Viator credits so for around 43 for all 3 of us it was fine.

  bad company that canceop on hop off ervice Big bus was the only tour opperator the canceled the Pick Up route due to a demonstration and did not inform the clients

  This trip advertises English - not true!!! Guide spoke constantly in German ( entire tour)! Occasionally we would get a few sentences in English, but they did not match our location! A total waste of money!

• Dresden is always worth a visit.

  The bus driver from the Hop on Hop of was just great. We have been picked up in front of the door (Schaffer motorhomes) and brought back again. It is recommended to use that 2 day ticket. I think in two days it is very close to see everything.

  Bus was too crowded. No chance to understand or see anything. We signed up for a guided city tour afterwards. They said to be there 15 minutes before. It was cold, it started raining and 5 minutes after the start of the tour the group was still standing and waiting. We then left without a guided tour.

  Viator's voucher told us to go to an Address at Altmark in Dresden to exhange the voucher for tickets, however this address cannot be found. When we called the operator, Dresdner Stadtrundfahrten, they said they information is incorrect and we can get the tickets at the bus stop. Which we did.

  The map I did find was very out of date, the stop shown was a building site! We saw the bus stop a kilometre away from us, and we spent 2 hours of our limited time in Dresden trying to get on any bus. So unless you get and pay on board and get a map it's useless. In addition Uber is banned in Dresden, even to order a taxi. Get Your Guide refused to refund for a service we couldn't use.

  Nice experience. The bus passes interesting places and attractions. Very busy and waited for about twenty minutes in the beginning. Driver made jokes in German.
