Ride completely at your own pace as you make your way through some of the most stunning and photographed scenery in New Zealand with breath taking scenery around every corner!

Kiwi owned and operated we’d love to show you our backyard and introduce you to the best trails around. Thee trails once known only to locals and enthusiasts are now accessible to you!

- Every season we provide a fleet of new season bikes to choose from.

We’ll make sure you’re completely kitted out before you leave with a great bike, easy to read maps and the best advice.

-Our bikes brand is Specialized and we have both Hard Tail Mountain Bike and Cruiser options available.

- Our expert staff will pair you with your perfect bike, match you to the best trail and get you out on the trail quick-smart!

If you don’t have transport, or plan on sampling some award-winning Pinot Noir, then let us come and collect you and drop you off at your accommodation. Upon completion of your ride we will drop you back to your accommodation or if you have ridden back to your accommodation in Queenstown, we will come and pick up the bikes. Life made easy, let the adventure begin! We will pick you up from your accommodation between 9:30-10:00am and drop you back after your days adventure. Once you arrive at our location in Arrowtown, you will be able to enjoy any of the rides at your own pace until 5pm. We Provide Helmets, panniers, maps, support if needed along the trails, great customer service and smiles for free! We also have environmentally friendly drink bottles available for purchase. Please Bring Sunscreen, water, camera, maybe some swimwear and a towel for a quick dip in the river along the way.

This has to be the absolute best way to explore the region. We rode 46kms which was surprisingly easy with the electric bikes and enjoyed a wine tasting and lunch along the way. Every turn presented a picturesque postcard view, stunning! The team from Better Bike were so helpful and the door to door service from Queenstown was great!

It was easy to organise the experience before we travelled. Nikki was very helpful through emails and also did the pick up from our hotel. Bikes were well maintained & we had a great day.

We were greeted extremely warmly by Charlotte and her partner (I'm so sorry I forget your name). We actually made the booking for the wrong day - but it was no problem for them. They made sure we had sunscreen, bike helmets, and knew how to use the bikes properly. Charlotte took us out and showed us how to use the electric option. Our ride was stunning - lovely paths past animals and nice views. We made a mistake a and took a wrong turn and went completely out of our way (by no means their fault as we had a map - we just didn't pay attention). Charlotte drove out and retrieved us - and then plopped us in a good spot to be on our way to the winery. We loved the winery, the biking, and most of all, these lovely people who couldn't have been kinder. FIRST RATE!

This was such a fantastic family day out! Meg had lots of great tips - we enjoyed the ride, had a brilliant swim, tried some great beer and wine, ate plenty and ended the day with a friendly pick up. Thanks team for your great service we really enjoyed it!

The staff were great to deal with, set us up with Moustage e-bikes and recommended a great trail to ride as well as where to stop for food and drink. When we had an issue with a bike they came out immediately and swapped it out.
Highly recommended . I certainly will do this again

Awesome bike ride. From Arriwtown to Gibbson Valley. Very professional organized. Very friendly staff. Thank you Meg for your good advise. After 3 wine testesting we needed a lift back.

Meg and Lucas made the whole experience so easy and pleasurable, which was no mean feat when we had such a large and diverse group - ages 4 to 70 and 11 of us! Everyone said it was the best experience of everything we did in queenstown, gorgeous scenery, awesome bridges and the ebikes made it doable for the newbies. Finishing off at the wineries was the icing on the cake. Thanks so much for making it such an amazing day!

Excellent service, flexible in providing additional options.. Meg picked us from one of the wineries as we were too tired to bike back.. highly recommend:)
