It was my husband’s birthday and we decided to celebrate it together taking a day tour to Blue Mountains. The day tour was very well organised. The driver/guide Carol’s explanations about the Featherdale Zoo and Blue Mountains were very informative and helpful. We had a happy and great day together with Carol and the others from the group. The atmosphere within the organisation and the group was really amazing. Carol is a very good driver and also a very good guide. I will recommend this trip to my friends and family.

Fun day trip to the Blue Mountains! I chose this day trip because it included tickets to Scenic World. The stop at Featherdale was fun, though I enjoyed my visit at a different wildlife park a little more. The Blue Mountains were beautiful and our guide Michael took us to some look out points for incredible photos! Michael was very nice, but he didn't give much information or fun facts about things while we were driving. The bus was comfortable, however I did not see any charging ports for phones. Overall, I still had a good time.

Amazing views and places to go to but tour is really just booking transport A2B and park entrance - all info is sourced independently

I called to reschedule my trip 1 day in advance and I was told that is all booked for the day I requested . Which was a lie. They had availability on Viator site up to the morning of the day I wanted the trip . It was cloudy and rainy and we couldn’t see any of the great scenery . No guide , just the driver who did not explain anything. ZERO !! Our trip was in total silence which is unacceptable. So , it was a waste of a lot of money !!! Look for another company w the option to cancel and check the weather . If it is cloudy and rainy do not go !!

Highlight of this trip was the visit to the Featherdale Wildlife Park. The interaction with the kangaroos, wallabies and koalas was magical. Stopping there first was excellent planning, the crowd was small and the animals were active. We enjoyed the Blue Mountains and Scenic World, also. The landscape and views were stunning. Our tour guide, Tiago, was very friendly and made the day enjoyable. I recommend this trip!

Good chance you won't see three sisters as it rains and is cloudy often. We took a hike to a waterfall instead, which was great. We really enjoyed Featherdale wildlife. Just disappointed we didn't see a kangaroo.

We joined a one-day tour to the Blue Mountains during the New Year holidays. Despite the large crowds at every attraction, the experience at each site was still enjoyable. The tour guide is friendly he helped us to took nice pictures at each attractions. However, I have serious doubts about the professionalism of this tour company: 1. **Lack of Communication:** Since we joined the tour during the holiday season, we understood that the schedule might be affected. I assumed delays were due to traffic, which caused us to arrive late at some stops. However, it wasn’t until the afternoon that the guide informed us that Scenic World would not be visited due to excessive crowds and long wait times during the holidays. According to Viator, the tour company checks the crowd situation withScenic World twice daily to adjust the itinerary accordingly. Furthermore, the guide mentioned they had already spent hours stuck at Scenic World the previous day. This suggests the company was well aware of the high likelihood of skipping Scenic World but failed to notify customers in advance. This lack of transparency denied us the option to cancel the tour beforehand. 2. **Refund Issues:** The tour description clearly stated that Scenic World tickets were included in the fee. When I raised this issue with Viator's customer service, hoping the tour company would refund the unused ticket cost, the company refused to issue a refund. Instead, they only offered a discount voucher for future tours. Considering they likely knew in advance Scenic World might not be visited but neither informed us nor refunded the ticket cost, I felt deceived. 3. **Mismanagement of Alternative Plans:** Since Scenic World was skipped, the guide offered an alternative visit to a waterfall. However, at Echo Point, both the guide and most group members returned late to the meeting point after the scheduled time. This resulted in the cancellation of the alternative waterfall stop. When I returned to the meeting point on time, only a few others were there, and I initially thought I had misheard the time. Later, the guide admitted, "We were supposed to leave 30 minutes ago," but even the guide was 30 minutes late. I found this completely incomprehensible. 4. **Lack of Information and Context:** The guide did not provide any cultural or relevant explanations at any of the attractions (only some simple explanations such us we can buy food to feed animals, which route we are going to walk, but there was no detailed explanation about the attraction). Having participated in several tours across Australia, this was the first time I encountered such an issue.
