Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark

Passenger transfers booked on the last coach service allocated for the day and arrive on a delayed flight therefore missing their allocated pick up will need to make alternative travel arrangements at their own expense, a full refund will be issued for the arrival journey. Your local tour operator is not responsible for delayed flights. If your flight has been delayed and you are NOT on the last service of the day, please contact the local tour operator and you will be put you on the next available service.
Please note: if you are staying at 18 Tank St, Evolution Apartments your must make your way to The Mercure North Quay at 85-87 North Quay for pickup

1.00We came at the pickup area 20 min before said contracted time, waited for 2 hours, trying to reach them thru the numbers given to us to no avail. Finally decided to take an uber ride (which is, I found out to be a lot cheaper, arriving in 2 minutes. After a few hours after settling down at the hotel, I sent an email to them, complaining and requesting for a refund. It was only after a day they sent an email stating that they contacting me via whatsapp(????) 45 minutes after the scheduled time(?!) when it should have been BEFORE the pickup time just to know if we are there already at the pickup area . (Very insulting excuse). I could only surmise that they were not really there. So much for a bad experience.

5.00Very easy to find and driver was nice . It is cheaper and not to hard to navigate the Transit system. This is more expensive but also much more convenient. For your first time to the city or country , recommend d this. Otherwise , take transit

4.00Great service. Pick up at airport and dropped off at the hotel in Brisbane. Pleasant driver. Helped us with luggage which was great as we were across the street from our hotel. Underground being built which messes their pick up and or drop off point.
Be careful when using this service.

1.00We landed from LA and we're left stranded. Initially they told us we needed to schedule a ride, but nobody told us this when we booked the transfer. They refused to take us to our hotel, leaving us stranded. They didn't honour the booking andni was told by email later in the day that they didn't service my hotel area. This was despite me entering all the information at booking such as arrival flight details and hotel details but nobody got in touch with me to explain this. I would just use Uber or a taxi in future as at least they're reliable. Very disappointing.

2.00Expensive for the what it offers. Takes a long time to get to airport as the bus has to travel across GC to collect people. They sometimes change scheduled pick up times to fit with number of passengers which means pick up can be a couple of hours earlier then planned. They also finish around 11pm so if you have a late flight in, you could be waiting in Brisbane airport till 5am the next morning. I would use the service as a last resort.

4.00We booked private transfers from and to Brisbane International terminal because we were arriving late evening and leaving early morning, so we didn't want to spend extra time in transit to pick up other passengers. On both trips the drivers were friendly, on time, the shuttle buses clean. Exactly what we paid for and what we wanted. Very satisfied.
