5.00This was not my first trip to Old Delhi, but with Pradeep as our guide, I saw back alleys that I never would have found otherwise and was directed to only the best street food. Helping to make bread at the Sikh temple was a highlight. Pradeep is knowledgeable, engaging, and very generous with his time (our tour was scheduled for 2.5 hours but he spent nearly 4 hours with us). I hope to have an opportunity to book other tours with him and his team.

5.00We went on the Old Delhi brunch tour which was a great introduction to the most interesting part of the city - and the food! Our guide, Guarav spoke excellent English and it was great to get a tour by a local. We definitely wouldn't have ventured down many of the backstreets or into many of the cafes otherwise. The ethos behind the company is also really great, and another good reason to select this company over others. Highly recommended!

5.00Our family (2 adults and 2 children ages 7 and 9) completed the Delhi street food brunch tour with Pradeep and Ubaid. It was a great experience all around. All the delicious food stops were at authentic Old Delhi food stalls. The piping hot freshly prepared food gave us no concerns about hygiene. In addition to the food we experienced the sights and sounds of Old Delhi. A highlight for our kids was a chance to fly a kite from an Old Delhi rooftop. The guides went out of their way to make it a fun and custom tour tailored to our family. Highly recommended!

5.00Everything about Delhi by Locals was amazing. I decided last minute that I wanted to make sure we tried out all of the street foods we have not gotten a chance to enjoy on our trip and booked the brunch tour the night before. Their response was so quick. Pradeep and our student guide, Ubaid, were also extremely patient with us despite the issues we had with payment and our bank card, which made us nearly 30 minutes late. This made the whole ordeal less stressful and allowed us to enjoy our tour. The experience felt authentic and we were able to slowly go from place to place and enjoy both the sights and food. There is no way we could have explore Old Delhi in the same way if we were on our own. Ubaid made everything easy by ordering our tuk tuks and food, and offering to take pictures even before we could ask. Pradeep joined us half way through the journey and we were able to explore with him as well! Couldn’t recommend this enough. The cost was worth the experience.

5.00I have seen posts on various sites strongly advising people not to do a Delhi by Motorbike tour (not sure of the reason, and must stress not specific to Delhi by Locals). So glad we ignored that and went ahead. It was the best experience. So much fun! Pradeep and Guarav looked after us, we never felt in any danger on the Old Delhi roads and they kept us entertained and informed throughout the tour. We saw Old Delhi waking up, visited markets, had coffee in a fabulously restored building now hotel, saw the Red Fort, visited an old temple and enjoyed tasty parathas for breakfast and loads more. Within reason we could have gone anywhere we requested. I would recommend to anyone, young or old. Also did a Street Food Brunch tour in Old Delhi with Anjali ( lunchtime/afternoon) tasting all sorts of local 'delicacies' we wouldn't have dared go for on our own whilst exploring the old streets on foot and by metro. I loved the spicy chick pea curry and saffron lassi milkshake. Old Delhi is certainly full of character and chaos (and cables). Should not be missed. Another great experience, and fantastic to know so much of any profit goes to a local charity. Delhi by Locals will certainly look after you and make sure you have an awesome experience!

Great way to experience Old Delhi

5.00We did the Old Delhi Brunch Tour and had a wonderful experience. It was a good mix of sightseeing, including the Spice Market and Sikh Gurdwara, along with a number of stops for delicious food. You get to try a number of dishes, but not an excessive amount. I did another street food tour in Delhi with a different company and on that tour, we had too much food and I felt I was wasting it. This tour gives you the perfect amount. Our guides were friendly and knowledgeable. It was nice to have two guides to help navigate through the streets and make sure that we didn't fall behind. This is a great introduction to Old Delhi!

5.00My daughter and I arrived in Delhi from London and had booked a street food brunch tour with Pradeep. Our flight was late and it was no problem to make it slightly later. We dumped our bags at the hotel and was soon met by Pradeep who took us on the metro to Old Delhi. Coming out of the station we were hit hard by all the sights, smells and sounds of Old Delhi - WOW...what an amazing sight...and a real culture shock. What a fab way to start our 3 week tour of India! Pradeep guided us around the streets to places we would never ever had gone on our own, through narrow alleyways and up on roof tops to get the best views and see things off the beaten track. And the street food we tasted...delicious, spicy and most importantly...safe! Can't fault this tour - it was THE BEST thing we did in the whole 3 week tour of India. Would highly recommend it to anyone!
