Everyday, level 124 will welcome the visitors from 05:00 AM to 07:30 AM to enjoy breathtaking views on Dubai and behold the beauty of sunrise from 452m height and proceed to The Café, located on the ground floor on the way to The Dubai Mall, for a complimentary light breakfast. Includes a choice of snack, cookie and a soft beverage of the guest`s choice

The experience was great! Highly recommend— it was beautiful to see the city from this time in the morning. I will say, we ubered, and at this time, it was a little complicated because the driver was confused and the exact directions on where to go were not very detailed. (We were not the only people to be confused). Many of the doors to the mall were not open, so to find exactly where to enter was confusing. Also it mentions “The Cafe,” however there are SEVERAL “The Cafe” locations. So that also added to the confusion. After getting out of the uber, we were directed by a number of different people to help us get to the door. Once in, however, the process was easy and we loved the experience!

The sunrise was beautiful and I was an overall good experience. It took us awhile to find it in the mall, so we were 15 minutes late for the 6:30am slot. Being late didn't affect our ticket. The early morning ticket was nice to avoid waiting in line, but then we had to wait until 10am for stores to open.

We did not receive the correct confirmation from Viator, this meant we were turned away and had to telephone the customer service number to have the correct QR code sent to allow entry. Very embarrassing and not a great experience at 6am!

Wonderful experience! So happy we got up early to watch the sunrise. Highly recommend this tour. Not too crowded and beautiful view.

Watching the sunrise while it over looked the city. The views of the skyscrapers was amazing to see.
