5.00Mary’s introduction to the flora of the Burren gives all the you need to enjoy a later, more informed visit to the Burren: when the plants bloom, which are found only in Ireland, which are not indigenous.

5.00My friend and I are traveling to Ireland for the first time and came across the Burren Nature Sanctuary online. We are only here for a short time, but Mary was able to accommodate us last minute with a tour. We did the fairy pig walk tour, and it did not disappoint! Mary was extremely friendly and hospitable. We were traveling from Sligo and got there a little past our scheduled time, but Mary waited which was extremely nice. During the walk we got many great pictures for an experience my friend or I will never forget. This was truly a once in a life time moment and highlight of our Ireland trip this far. We highly recommend visiting the sanctuary and learning all about everything else they do. The sheep and goats are extremely friendly too which was the cherry on top of everything!
