2.00My confirmation time was correct but somehow got changed from 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Have documentation for all of this. No one meet me inside to help with luggage as documentation stated. My meeting place changed 3 times. No instructions/id instructions for car or driver. I called the company to get the car/driver information. Very unsafe! UBER gives you the car description and license plate. They should do the same. The car gas tank was on empty and low tire sensor for a 2 hour drive. The client shouldn't have to go to the gas station before their drive. The car should be gassed up and in running order for the contracted drive. The company took zero responsibility. It took several emails for them to say "sorry for your dissatisfaction" but never for not being ready. The drivers are contractors and use the company cars. This is a small local company, I really wanted to support them.

5.00We had a lovely ride from the airport to our hotel in Banff. Our driver was lovely and he gave us recommendations on where to eat while in Banff. So far, we’ve gone to Three Bears and Earl’s - chef’s kiss!
