Amazing babbles and lakes tour

5.00I have dreamed of seeing the miracle babbles trapped in the ice for a long time. When Lam lead us walking on Abraham lake I was so excited and touched. Lam is very knowledgeable and wonderful guide. The tour was fantastic! He took a lot pictures for us, which are the best pictures I ever have. Thank him for everything!

4.00Overall a very good experience, our guide was engaging, knowledgable and a master at photography ! The locations were stunning. It’s all a bit tight for time, and you can tell the guide / driver is under some time pressure as the drive between locations had some interesting overtakes. The one issue was seating arrangements in the van. The views while driving between locations are stunning yet one group were given the best views and everyone else were kept in the rear rows. When I asked if we could rotate passengers between stops so everyone gets a chance at a front or second row seat I was shutdown and told no. When asked why, I was just told no. There was some preferential treatment going on which was a shame. The company and I followed up on this and never received an adequate explanation. Somewhat defeats the purpose of a small group experience, but not entirely. For the price, it’s good, but I’d expect some would want to pay more, elsewhere, for an even better experience.

4.00It was a unique experience, the tour was really cool, Abraham Lake was my favorite; you can really see the turquoise color through the ice. I highly recommend it 100%. Lam was our guide and was super helpful the whole time, very kind, he even helped my husband and me take the photos we wanted. I would definitely recommend it if you want to have a unique winter experience.

5.00This whole day tour is a very good opportunity to see some great spots in the Banff national park region. We stopped at three different frozen lakes with time to enjoy the scenery there and drove through the scenic landscape. The tour was well organized by the friendly tourguide Lam. It was a great experience and I would recommend it to everybody.

5.00Amazing experience. Wonderful sights to see. All led by Kenneth who made us feel safe when driving the bus, entertaining us with funny anecdotes, and then off the bus he showed us the awesome places that we visited. He took amazing pictures of us and then kept us warm with tea and chocolate. Highly recommend this tour

5.00Had a great experience. Offered pick-up and drop-off straight to my hotel. Ray, our guide, was absolutely lovely and very informative. Would definitely recommend this tour, especially if you are travelling without your own car.
