He was well informed and educated us on every aspect of the tour from the drive to Banff to information in the park as well as being a great photographer. 5.00I’ve visited Lake Louise many times, but somehow it never loses its magic — and experiencing it on a small-group tour made it even more special. This was my first time joining a guided tour, and I’m so glad I chose this one. Our guide, Mark, was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He made the whole day smooth and enjoyable, even assisting us along the slippery trail to the Lower Falls at Johnston Canyon — such a thoughtful gesture. The pacing was perfect, never rushed. One of the highlights was how many beautiful photos Mark took for us. He made sure we had plenty of great memories to take home from each stop. If you’re considering a Banff tour, I highly recommend booking with Mark. A wonderful experience from start to finish!

5.00The mountain scenery was spectacular....and the host driver was friendly and provided thoughtful attention. Also showed some flexibility in meeting passengers' needs. And we saw some wildlife along with the designated stops.

5.00This was an amazing tour with beautiful scenery, a great driver and guide (Mark) and fun co-passengers. When I had an unfortunate fall on ice, Mark and everyone else came to my rescue. Fortunately the only thing I hurt was my pride! Mark was awesome about being flexible with time. Several times he stated that we shouldn’t worry about the time; his goal was for us to enjoy ourselves. While there is some walking on this tour, there was nothing too strenuous and you could choose how much to walk. This tour is an unforgettable Canadian treasure.

5.00This as a convenient and wonderful all in one experience. The journey was quick and seamless. Mark played a wonderful role being the driver and host. He certainly made the trip more interesting with his personal anecdotes and humour. This is a true all day excursion. Pick up was prompt at 8am, and we were back by 5pm. The sites were all sublime and surreal. A The Rockies are beautiful and Banff in particular has a lot to offer. Coupled with clear skies, cool crisp air, snow capped mountains, and fleeting crowds, October was a perfect time to go. Minimal crowds at all sites. If you have a short amount of time in Calgary, this is definitely worth the excursion. You’ll have a great time with Mark at the helm.

5.00Where to start?! We met out tour guide mark in the morning and headed out to banff. He was such an amazing person, very knowledgeable and caring! He gave us fun facts along the way. And at lake Louise, he even had hot chocolate, coffee and snacks for us since it was very cold! Honestly, book this tour! It’s something I’ll never forget, and hopefully, mark will be your guide because he was simply amazing!
