The tour is beautiful and the guide very nice. But I reserved a tour in Spanish because my family doesn't speak neither English or Swedish. We got the tour in English because there is no other language. I felt cheated

The boat tour was nice , much to see . The price for the tour also okay. We had booked in German , the info about tour should be in writing , so a map with all the info . Unfortunately, we have not received anything . All the time not a word understood .

Good seating, English explanation. Sound of the speakers could be better. Guide is well aware of surroundings and comes across as cozy

Link given for directions for the start of tour brought us a different location. Message sent more than 30 minutes before the departure of tour and no response given. Further messages sent via App, WhatsApp and email and still no reply. Requested refund and still no resolution. Would not recommend this tour. Take your money and do not reply to messages. Very unhelpful and this spoilt our day trip to Malmö.
