We will take you to the Husky Farm and meet these lovely and energetic beautiful huskies. If the temperature is low enough, you will enjoy a ride on a wheel carriage pulled by the Huskies. *Departure time may vary. Please check the email the local provider sends for the exact pick-up time. When you are ready and familiar with the animals, we will head to the picturesque forest and finally to a lake for the canoeing trip. Don’t worry! The canoe trip is very safe and relaxing. After the experience slowly sliding across the lake, we will drive you to the local reindeer farm. The young deer herders will explain the reindeer daily life for you. You will be able to feed the reindeer and take nice pictures while listening to funny stories about their daily life. Finally, we will enjoy reindeer sandwich and blueberry juice, this will be a memorable day for you and your family! **Departure time may vary. Our guide Ismail was knowledgeable, helpful and made the trip absolutely enjoyable.Whilst the title should be “canoe excursion plus visit husky park and reindeer farm “ the overall experience was sensational. We chose to row a small boat rather than paddle the canoe on an expansive lake with beautiful scenery and calm conditions. This was followed by a great feed of bar-b-qued salmon over an open fire in delightful Forrest and lake surrounds to relax like locals. The husky farm was well organised, set up for tourism and the dogs a delight The reindeer farm was just, that a farm with a small tourist sideline. The buildings were old, traditional providing an insight into the indigenous life. Yani, the host was a real entertainer. Being in the compound, hand feeding and petting the reindeer an unforgettable experience.
