  My Canyoneering Cebu experience was an experience one. It started smoothly because we were picked up on time, which I really appreciated. The guides were very friendly and hands on, they make sure that we were safe and enjoying althrough out the tour. The whole adventure was exciting and definitely worth every penny of our payment because everything was well-organized. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the service. I would recommend this activity to anyone visiting Cebu.

  We are so glad we chose this team for Badian Canyoneering! Not only was the driver perfectly on time for pick up, We were absolutely satisfied with the service from beginning to end.   We had the most wonderful time canyoneering in Badian! Everything was handled so professionally. The coordination was excellent; the transportation was on time for pick up, and our guide was both fun and very safety-conscious. We were incredibly satisfied with the service and the overall experience. It was truly an unforgettable day and definitely worth the payment. Highly recommend this adventure to anyone visiting Cebu!

  We were so impressed by the professionalism of the tour company. The pick-up was on time, which made the early morning start completely stress-free. Our guide was truly hands-on—not just pointing the way, but actively helping everyone through the tricky spots, giving clear instructions for the jumps and other activity, It was a very personalized and safe experience.

  Amazing once in a lifetime experience. Great guides and they keep you safe all the time. They also take good pictures and videos which are worth sharing. It was an adventurous and crazy unbelievable experience. Must try at least once in your lifetime.

  I would highly recommend this tour operator! Their service is very hands-on and personalized. My family and I had an amazing time with Canyoneering Cebu Badian Adventure. We chose the roundtrip transfer from Cebu City, and everything went smoothly. After booking, we messaged them through TripAdvisor using my son’s account. The response there was not very quick, but when we contacted them via WhatsApp and Facebook from the vouchers mobile number, their replies were lightning fast. Mark from reservations was very patient and answered all our questions. Our driver, Ian, arrived on time for our pickup in Cebu Mactan. Isau, who handles their operations, was very informative and gave us a helpful overview of the activity. Their canyoneering guides were excellent—very attentive and made sure we were safe the entire time. We also loved the food! It was freshly cooked right in front of us, featuring delicious local dishes that my foreign husband really enjoyed. As for the canyoneering experience itself—absolutely fun and unforgettable! The clear waters and rock formations were mesmerizing. If you're scared of jumping, don’t worry—all jumps are optional. If you prefer not to trek, there's also an optional zipline for Php 600 per person (cash only). This will save you 30 to 45 minutes of walking to the canyoneering.

  The trip was cancelled10 minutes before we had to be picked up and drive for 4 hours. I requested what was needed with my payment. For 36 hours now, I still haven't heard anything.

  Our family enjoyed our canyoneering activity last week. We availed transfers including pick up from cebu city, on time pick up. Smooth driving by our driver ian. Van is spacious. Glen and the rest of the guide from the canyoneering was very patient with us. Guide ratio is 1 guest to 1 guide. Last activity was in kawasan falls where we stayed only for less than 30mins. The canyoneering activity was a once in a life time experience. Very adventurous and waters are very clear. You need to do stretching before the activity as this includes more less 3 hours of swimming and walking. Meals served was a filipino food. Their reservation team was very responsive as well. Make sure to contact them in whatsapp for swift reply, dont message here in the app. Kudos to the great team! Thank you to mark for swift reply and granting our special requests for different pick up locations.

  Thank you so much cebu travel agency and canyoneering cebu team, for handling my boss tours in cebu. They had enjoyed their whaleshark and canyoneering activity in badian. On time pick up, guides and driver are very knowledgeable and friendly. Very smooth transaction.

  It was horrible. My pick up ride did not show up. So I contacted support and ask for the info for the third party agency they hired to take us around for the tour. No one answered the seceral dozen phone calls I made. So when I asked to cancel and a refund, Viator said no refunds since it’s past 48 hours before the start of the tour!!! WTH!!! No one showed up for my tour and no service provided and refusing refund? I’ll make a complaint to BBB. They’re making it seems like I’m at fault since I didn’t cancel on time. Warning for whoever books a tour with Viator, just book the tours with the locals. Guaranteed cheaper, no third parties involved and payment only when services are provided.
