This tour is 1 hour Guided tours including briefing & usually runs for 50 minutes, this is due to the fact that we need to do a safety briefing before we go out and get you in to your bikes and start them up. This process usually takes 15 - 20minutes. Our moto is Safety first!!

Whoever that lady was who was in charge , I heard her name is Dee . Very rude. Swore at us and we want a refund! You cannot swear at customers . We need a partial refund of some sort and an APOLOGY. Gave other people our time slot and our bikes when we clearly arrived early. When a booking is late there’s a cancellation fee right ? We started our ride at 3:35. That’s 35 mins late. We want a compensation Our guide was amazing though . Very sweet man and we appreciate him and his efforts to rectify the situation. Thank you sir.

This was the worst. The atv were woren and damaged. We had to wait for a new atv in middle of tour and someone wrecked. We didn’t get the full experience. Only rode for about 20 minutes bc others had wrecks in group. The group was too large. I have done this excursion here before and it was totally a different experience.

We were not told that we had to pay R200 per person for entry on top of the money we paid when making the booking, we should've been prepared before hand. Our guide Tanaka was good and patient, he made the experience great.
