We had a great day with Werner as our guide. He was very knowledgeable about the areas we passed though and was friendly with the staff at each place along the way. We had a nice wine tasting at a lovely winery and enjoyed our time at game reserve.

It was my very first safari ever and it was absolutely amazing. Mike went above and beyond! He managed everything extremely well and thanks to him I did not have to que a single time. Also his knowledge about the area is huge. You can ask him literally anything. He really gave me the VIP treatment. The included lunch was plentiful and there were many options to choose from. I can recommend all desserts ;)! The safari itself took about 2.5 hours in which I saw a lot of animals. With most we even managed to get quite close. Absolutely recommend it! Especially with Mike as your guide!

Cape Town to Agila Private Reserve is the only way to do it. A comfortable fast private transport and a private guide at the park, Melodie knew her business and got us through the crowds and to the adventure. Timothy our guide’s passion for these beautiful creatures was palpable.

Food was plentiful but adequate (not 5 star). Driver was knowledgeable on the animals in the reserve, where they were located and their history. We had an issue with the vehicle, however it was rectified quickly.

So after being picked up from our hotel we got taken to the resort where we got to see the big four nice giraffes gazelle's elephant's it was well worth the money and we were well looked after in terms of refreshments I would recommend this to anyone looking to travel to South Africa as it's very safe and very well organized. The only thing I would say is expect to pay the entry to the game park which wasn't included as part of the Viator price kind of annoying but necessary
