Kindly note that if Table Mountain is not operating due to unfavourable weather conditions, the tour will continue. Should you wish to cancel further proceedings upon finding that Table Mountain is not operating, please advise your tour guide to drop you back at your hotel before proceeding with the rest of the tour otherwise we cannot give you a refund if you proceed with the tour.

During the peak season from 1 December to 31 January we recommend you buy the Table Mountain express ticket due to high demand.

The Table Mountain, Penguins and Cape Point small group tour from Cape Town was amazing, with visits to the main attractions in and around Cape Town. It is a complete tour in one day. Ideal for those who have little time in the city or want to see a little bit of everything in a short time.

I simply asked him to cancel the reservation. There was a break in communication and the tour was no longer suitable for my needs. There’s a wealth of more detail that goes into this story. But I choose not to sandbag him as He seemed very polite and apologetic over the phone. so with my brief interaction with him I assume that he has good customer service, and ensures the safety and satisfaction of his clients. Missed opportunity I suppose ☹️

Had to cancel, not their fault. I asked them to reschedule and they never got back to me. Rescheduled myself. They should have just said I had to rebook myself
