5.00Pick up and drop off at your hotel … arrived at the site as the team was blowing up our balloon and they got us onboard and oof we went. The very competent pilot was fun and humorous and made his job look easy considering the very low and very high heights he took us on including the “Turkish kiss “ where 2 balloons can touch each other! It was a sunny clear sky for us which made it all the more memorable. The landing was perfect and the celebrating with “champagne” was fun too. Bought a reasonably priced photo they took and received certificates as well.

2.00We were told be ready by 6:30AM sharp for pickup and we were picked up at exactly 6:30 however the transport was a 12 person transport and we had to make allot of stops along the way and one particular stop was more than 20 minutes because the guests were late and the shuttle kept on waiting for them. As a result we arrived on site of takeoff more than 20 mins late and were one of the very last balloons to take off and missed the sunrise completely. The pilot was very experienced but the flight was supposed to be 1 hour and we were in the air only a total of 35 minutes. The flight seems very short and for almost 10-15 mins of the flight we were hovering couple of meters above the ground trying to dodge other balloons and other obstacles. Was not my first flight and this one definitely seemed to lack operational organisation. I am not clear on why this operator has gotten high rankings. The location is beautiful but this operator is not the best:

5.00It’s was good. Good location, takes from fairy chimney. It’s says 6:30 pickup, but depends on the number and route of pickup. Our timing was 6:55, the driver was 7-8 mins late.

5.00An absolutely unique experience at all levels. You might think at first glance of an instagrammer activity but this is not the case at all. The agency picks you up directly from your accommodation before sunrise to take you to the middle of a valley filled with "fairy chimneys" where balloons by the dozens are being inflated around you. Then you climb into the pod and take off and there, the spectacle that is before you is indescribable. An absolutely magnificent sunrise over the Capadocce that you observe at the same time as dozens of other hot air balloons. A unique moment that will remain etched in memory for the rest of my life. Thank you again for this experience.

5.00Amazing experience! All the team was super professional at all time, we had to wait 30 more minutes because the day was cloud and windy, but we were able to fly. Something important is that authorities decide that day if balloons can flight, it’s not operators fault. The experience was one of the best I’ve done.
