5.00It was very good. Pick up was on time from our hotel, we were given a bag with snacks in it and were able to watch the hot air balloon prep and inflation, our pilot was quite fun. We had a good time! Champagne afterwards and we received a flight certificate. Such a good experience

5.00Pickup was right on schedule at 4:30am. Balloon takeoff was just before sunrise and back to the hotel around 7:45am. Unbelievable views, perfect weather, solid pilot/crew…will do it again if ever in the area.

5.00It was a great experience. Best of all, I'm safe driving and not scared at all. There was also consideration for a guide who could enjoy all the participants, and to spin the balloon. I was able to experience both low and high flying. The email with pick-up details came around 19:00 the day before. Everything was good, even lending my jacket to a friend who was wearing less.
