What a wonderful day. Erika and Sylvester were our host and driver. Erika spent time with each group to describe the area that we drove by. She spent the time to take pictures of each group with the perfect backdrops. We had a snack of melon and pineapple. She kept us hydrated with water and if anyone wanted soda or beer that was available too. The blue grotto was open on our day, but there was a two hour wait. Fortunately, our guide is friends with many of the rowers and gave them food and drink, and we moved up in line by an hour. Two things to know. The row boat drivers expect a tip and if there’s a long line and one person on your boat wants to see the blue grotto, you will stay. (if you want to swim in the blue grotto expect to pay at least a $50 tip.) #2 even if one person on the boat wants to stay in or see the Blue Grotto and no one else does. The captain has to to stay. We were fine with waiting to see it. Half the boat wanted to stay in half the boat was fine to skip it. I say the grotto was only about 40 x 40 and was cool. Not sure I would’ve waited more than an hour to see it though overall, the trip was fantastic. We took the chairlift at Anticapri to the top. They were fantastic views, and we enjoyed lunch there as well . There wasn’t much time to do anything else. Therefore, don’t plan a big adventure while you’re on Capri. I would definitely recommend making the trip.

Great way to see the blue grotto and explore Capri. Boat was a fun time and Bruno and Sergio did an amazing job.

It is a waist of money, just a boring boat trip. Feels like I just paid for the transportation. The blue grotto is not that ‘spectacular as the other people said, trust me there is something more beautiful than that. You have to pay 18euro per person to get in blue grotto for 1 or 2 minutes, seeing nothing special. And the boat guide to the blue grotto was so disgusting and rude, he wanted/demanded tips for 10euro per person, and he was get irritated to us because we only give him 15euro. Capri was overrated place, too much people, not much to do. I will not recommend this tour to anyone.

The only negative is that the blue grotto wasn't actually doable on the day we went due to the water being too high. Tour guides were fantastic. We enjoyed Capri. Our tour guides were timely with getting there and getting back. They were also fun!

Best thing we did in Italy! Experienced captain and skipper Elaina. She made the trip perfect from start to finish. From the history of all areas of Capri. Both on the island and around it. To swimming stops and even a bowl of fruit she shopped and cut up for us. A MUST do while in Italy. Grazie Mille oxox
