4.00excellent communication. picked us up as we exited the cruise shuttle. drove us all around Casablanca. Expertly navigated the challenging traffic. Car was clean and comfortable. We saw the many different adpects of the city.
Disappointing result - unable to dock results in inabyto take tour

1.00Our ship was unable to dock in Casablanca due to ocean cean swell. At 6:00 a.m. the ship captain determined it wasn't safe and our port of call was cancelled. The tour operator was informed right after 6:09 a.m. The tour was scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Both the tour operator and Viator indicated no refund was possible, which is very disappointing since this was beyond our control. I would suggest caution in booking tours ahead of time since the policy for refunds is not customer friendly.

5.00Our guide Younes (Andre) was so great. It was unfortunate that we arrived on the holiday Eid and things were closed but he still made it a worthwhile tour. We saw loads of Casablanca and had time to wander through the Medina and see different sights. We ended with great Moroccan coffee. We would highly recommend him as a guide.

5.00We had an excellent time with Nabil (AKA Billy) who gave us a very personal tour of the main areas of interest, as well as the more local highlights which we could never have found on our own. He took great care in making sure we experienced the local culture and food. Greatly recommended.

5.00We had a wonderful time with Rachid! A super nice and personable guide, he is also extremely knowledgeable about Casablanca and took us to many fascinating local places we would never have discovered on our own. We especially enjoyed visiting the local fish, seafood, and meat markets, as well as browsing the shops selling traditional Moroccan goods. The highlight of the tour was visiting the magnificent Hassan Mosque, which was truly unforgettable. We highly recommend Rachid to anyone wanting an authentic and insightful experience in Casablanca.
