Our private transfer from Casablanca (CMN) Airport to Marrakesh city was very relaxing & comfortable. It took us 30mins. to complete our immigration process, but it took almost 1 hour 15mins. to get our luggage. Fortunately our driver was very helpful & friendly. He contacted us immediately after our plane landed and kept waiting for us outside the CMN airport through the whole process. Besides, he drove very carefully. We are very happy with the overall services.

I was told that the driver would wait for me upon arrival with a sign that has my name. However, that wasn’t the case. Driver was nowhere to be found. I had to contact the agency I booked with and then the agency referred me to the driver. I ran around looking for the driver after a long flight, that was quite stressful. Driver also went to get gas while on our way to Marrakech. I expected that to be done prior to my pickup. Despite all, driver did get me to Marrakech safely.

This was the best option for me cause we had 4 suitcases with us (and ONCF train first class apparently stores luggage in a FCFS basis and not guarded - so I didn’t want to risk it) The transfer was smooth and Mr. Khalid our driver was also very friendly. He thought us a few Arabic slangs and also how they pronounce ‘Marrakech’ in Arabic. He was very helpful. Arrived before scheduled time, and even checked with us if we wanted to stop anywhere on our way. He also helped us stop by a few ATMs since we wanted to withdraw some cash and my card wasn’t working in the first few
