5.00Needed transfer from Casablanca to marakesh, booked at 1pm last minute and they were there at 130. Amazing communication. Driver was really nice and efficient. We had originally booked an Uber and then it cancelled, lucky for us. This transfer was a much larger MB van, MUCH more comfortable, even stopped on the way to get food stretch the legs and go to the bathroom. Knowing what I know now, if given the opportunity to do it again, I would use this company again. They are easy to coordinate with and make life so much easier. Thank you!
Bad service, and lack of customer service from this Driver

2.00Bad Service.. We had 4 services with Premium Transfers and Tours. The first 3 were very good, but this transfer was terrible. First, the driver, I believe his name is Taha, showed up late, and second, once we reach Marakesh, he dropped us up at a square saying that he could not go through the street because the van was too big. We told him that our Ryad had an ample street in front (we did an extensive research because we are 7 people with plenty of lugagge ) but he argued that only small cars could go through, so we had to walk 10 mins. to the Ryad . Attached you will find pics of the street in front of our Ryad.

5.00Mr. Khiar is a very kind and helpful gentleman. The drive from Casa to Marrakech was very smooth given we had someone who was wheelchair bound. The vehicle was also very well maintained.

5.00We booked our Car via Viator and we were connected to Premium Transfer and Tours. Professional company. Houmaiza was our assigned driver. He is very friendly and efficient. He drives us from Casablanca Airport to Marrakech. Careful driver and shared a lot of information during the drive. We had a short pit stop he ensured we had a short break before continuing our journey. Thank you Premium and Houmaiza! Recommended to all travellers.
