You can't visit Italy without trying at least one pasta dish... So, we'll teach you two!

Learn how to roll 'sfoglia' (fresh pasta) by hand and how to prepare 2 simple different kinds of pasta from scratch with your Cesarina.

As the icing on the cake you will learn to prepare also the iconic Tiramisu.

Share your passion for the Italian cuisine as you make new friends in this hands-on cooking class. It's a great way to truly experience Italian culture.

Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves

What To Expect

Learn to make the famous Pasta and tiramisù in local homes with this hands-on cooking class. Discover, cook and experience the most iconic Italian dishes with expert home cooks in their own homes. This is a shared cooking class held in a carefully selected local home in Varenna. Our Cesarine (the name of our hosts) will welcome you like part of the family and will teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.

Enjoyed this class very much. Monica was a great instructor and gave us confidence that we can make these delicious recipes back home. They were all yummy and we liked hearing about the regional specialties. Held in a beautiful setting and enjoyed the social aspect.

The most amazing experience our family has ever had!! Literally my wife cries when we turned the corner and saw the views done the dinner table in the outdoor garden. Once in a lifetime experience and our older kids will hopefully get to bring there children someday. Can’t say enough what a lovely sole Patrizia is! Book this tour.

One of the highlights of our trip to Lake Como! Patrizia and Luca were so welcoming- they had a beautiful home in the mountains and they taught us how to make tortelloni and tagliatelle, both of which were fantastic. Highly recommend this experience!!

Wonderful experience with Patrizia and Luca! First, the homemade pasta and tiramisu was hands down the best we had during our entire time in Italy… and we made it ourselves! But the food was second to Patrizia and Luca’s warm welcoming and absolutely beautiful home and view overlooking Lake Como. In a short 3 hour experience, they made us feel like family and even provided my wife and I a special gift for celebrating with them on our honeymoon. We will forever remember this experience and are so grateful for their wonderful hospitality!
