Start with a cupping (coffee tasting) class to learn about the different tastes and aromas of brewed coffee from a coffee expert. In the afternoon take a tour of an artisan roasting and processing facility and get a taste of what they have to offer.

We had a terrific coffee tour going to a few coffee shops and coffee processing companies. Sisay was a great guide, not only explaining the significance of Ethiopian coffee, but also many details about Ethiopian culture and history.

We loved our day out in Addis, coffee tasting, visiting roasters and bean exporters, and a lovely lunch. As residents of Addis, this was a good way to see more of the city.

We participated in a coffee tour in Addis with Beki and it was fantastic. He took our group to a variety of interesting coffee shops and roasters around the city, and we learned a lot while trying delicious varieties of coffee. Beki and the guides at each location are super knowledgeable. Overall, we had a lovely and very comfortable experience, and would highly recommend this tour.
