Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Arrive at the entrance of Colosseum 15 minutes before time. The entrance will be Invalid after 15 Minutes of travel time
You must follow the queue for security check although you have bought the priority access
Please note: Colosseum fees are listed in inclusions. The remaining cost of the experience covers the app and other amenities
If you book the last Colosseum entry slot of the day, you won’t have time to visit the Forum or Palatine afterwards — they will already be closed. That means you’ll need to visit the Forum and Palatine either before your Colosseum time slot, or the next day, as long as it’s within 24 hours of when you first entered one of the sites.
The visit may begin either at the first entrance of the Colosseum or at the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill.

4.00It was nice to get the tickets via email the day before. Finding the line to enter was confusing, as everyone appeared to be “skip the line”. We were there plenty early, and the line moved fairly quickly once they opened. I’m not sure the jacked up cost beyond the ticket price was worth it since we didn’t travel during high tourist season.
Brilliant storyteller, made it interesting.

1.00Nobody showed up to meet us. I only got a call after I called them. The app was okay at best. It doesn’t have the ability to track where you are. Choose another option.

1.00This is a complete scam!!! they ask you to select your language and there is no guide (machine or people). The initial instructions were not even real, one day before, they just sent us our tickets by whatsapp, I was confused and tried to call them and they never answer. The worst: we pay 50+ EUR each and the tickets we received by WhatsApp had the INITIAL PRICE as if we have bought them in the official site (which we could not because people like the one organizing this buy ahead to be able to make a profit and when we entered to the official site the tickets for our date were sold out)
