Great class and delicious food! Everyone got hands on participation and even got a copy of the recipes at end of class. Juan was a great chef and instructor.

Really glad we did this! We had originally booked a bike tour but the day of it was raining; booked this last-minute as something to do. Having done it now, I would say this is a MUST. Federico and the team are phenomenal. Super friendly, fun, easy, and interactive. The food is amazing, the wine, and the setting all make for a phenomenal afternoon spent. They tell you all about the cultural significance, history, customs, etc behind the food and drink!
