Travel in our air-conditioned buses towards your first stop the "Tjibaou Cultural Centre”. You will discover the unique architecture of the Center, a polycultural complex, mainly dedicated to Kanak art.

This tour Includes entrance fees to the Cultural Centre and a guided tour of about 45 minutes.

Then we will head towards the second stop located in the town of Mont Dore, the church at the Catholic mission of Conception, starting point of Christianity in New Caledonia with the statue of our lady at the top of its bell tower and the remarkable stained glass windows.

Then your journey will continue to the lookout situated at Ouen Toro with a 360 ° view of the Caledonian lagoon and the areas of Mont Dore, Anse-Vata, Promenade Pierre Vernier, magnificent mountain ranges to name a few.

Finally back to Nouméa city centre, passing by the marinas, town beaches, colonial houses and more…

PLEASE NOTE : This tour is only operating when Cruise Ships are docked in Nouméa !!

Our guide was great. The Cultural Center was closed because it was a holiday. I lieu of going there we explored more of the island. In all, the tour was informative and beautiful.

I was very disappointed. When we reached noumea we were told that the tour which was supposed to be at 11.00 am would go at 1.30. As the driver was worried about time we missed out on the cathedral which was to have been for one of the highlights

The tour operator and guide, Yolande, and bus driver, Fannie were amazing. Yolande was extremely knowledgeable about the Kanak people and culture and the places we visited. Our trip to the Tjibaou Cultural Center, Ouen Toro Park, and Church of Wishes were superb! Lyvai Tour Operators is a must to use when visiting Nouméa, New Caledonia!

After waiting over three years to show my husband and mum this wonderful place we arrived to locked gates. I was not impressed at all and all amount of excuses from the tour guide didn't cut it with me. It was a public holiday and she reckons she checked the day before, pure rubbish as I discovered Carnival cancelled their tour in advance. We were given some poor excuse for a half day tour and left Noumeau extremely disappointed. Get your act together Trip Advisor and don't disappoint your customers. I really think you should have offered a refund.

Was told we couldn’t go on tour when we arrived. They suggested that we apply for a refund. When a refund request was submitted it was denied. Will never use TripAdvisor again. Poor form.

We were rushed through the Cultural Center, hard to hear our guide from the back of the van, hot in the back of the van, did not see the church.

This tour was a good one and a value for the money. We were in a van with 8 passengers. It would have been helpful for the guide to use a microphone.

We were so glad we rebooked this tour. Our guide was informative and honest. The coach was air conditioned. The places we visited gave us a good idea of life in noumea.

We are from Australia. I saw their ads on my Facebook Royal Carribbean cruise page, so I went onto the offical website to book a tour two days before we arrived at Noumea. It was easy to book, confirmation came through immediately, and it was very easy to find your booth at the terminal bus station as I saw that on your Facebook page. It was reasonably priced, very good value compare to booking directly with the Cruise. I found Lyvai with excellent service, excellent tour guide with knowledgeable talk throughout the tour, impressive cultural experience, and best is with air-con tour bus. Highly recommending Lyvai if you want to tour Noumea safely with a local. Would have been even better if we have the option to get off at Lemon Bay (but I did not ask about it at that time), and would be better if the confirmation email include pictures of your service booth so it will be easier for some other people to find you.
