The Green train ride is a 90 minute enjoyable and informative guided tour that offers an opportunity to see Nouméa city and get a sense of it's history. The tour stops at the Ouen Toro lookout which has a stunning view over the Pacific Ocean and the Lagoon. Our local tour guides have special ways of providing passengers with commentaries and historical insight that it will make them feel connected to this island like never before !

Suitable for all ages and entertaining for the whole family.....

Your departure time approx:

- ETD for morning Ships : 09:30a.m. / 10:15a.m. / 11:00a.m. / 1:15 p.m.

- ETD for afternoon Ships : 3:30p.m. / 4p.m.

ITINERARY

- Cruise Ship Terminal.

- Castel Hagen Noumea's oldest mansion, part of town's colonial heritage.

Open from Tuesday to Saturday, Sunday and Monday, trains will stop at Rocher la Voile.

- Ouen Toro :The Ouen Toro lookout point & a stunning view over the Pacific Lagoon.

Loved Julia & Harry, they made it super fun & most locals loved the train waving to us but unfortunately we got sprayed with pellets (hitting my son in the back of his head) from an air soft pellet gun 4 times whilst in the train by 2 people on 1 motorbike which ruined the fun experience we were having as we were paranoid at every motorbike that went past - for this reason I would never go on the train again, very dangerous!

Not accommodating for guest with disabilities, handicap or need assistance, will sell you a ticket, once you arrive to board train, no steps or way to board, guest not allowed to take walker, scooter and wheelchairs, train staff will not store in safe location, must leave at train stop at shore line, unsecured, not monitored, leave at your own risk if you can board. After not willing to leave walker unsecured, staff not willing to give refund, complained to park authority eventually obtained refund. Another person with handicap had difficulty boarding after no refund, several guest assisted to board. Don’t recommend for persons with handicap or disabilities.

We really enjoyed this little green train. It is worth while doing this. We got a lot of people/kids waving as we went by. The scenery was amazing.

It was a lot of fun doing the Green Train tour in Noumea. Upon arrival in Noumea and checking in to the tour tent, we were able to change our tour to an earlier time which was great. Even though it rained the whole day, the train was covered plus it had side blinds so we all stayed dry. The guide was very informative and friendly.

A great way to see the island if you are coming off a cruise ship. Commentary was fantastic and our guide spoken English very well.

Make sure they're running we turned up after paying in full to be disappointed that they didn't have a train running at the time we were confirmed to be booked on staff unhelpful now trying to get a refund which is proving to be difficult

Joel and Christoff were very friendly and the tour showed us some of the beautiful sights and history of Noumea. Highly recommended.
