  Had a great time the water was beautiful. We saw turtles, fish, stingrays, and starfish. Ricky was excellent. I couldn’t recommend him enough. He kept the group together and ensured our safety.

  Viator accepted more clients than the sub contractor had boats for. The contracted company (Maybe Tours) was able to arrange 2 more insured boats to accommodate us all. They experience with the guides from Leon Tours was excellent.

  Viator uses local fishing boats for their Snorkeling Trips. I have been Snorkeling and Diving for 50 years, and this boat was not adequate, specifically the ladder. After visiting the 3 Reefs, which were Beautiful with lots of sealife, we went to Stingray Beach. I was decending the ladder and was stepping onto the Sandy bottom, when my right pinky ring got hooked on a bolt 🔩 sticking out of the ladder 🪜. The skin on my finger split apart. I was taken to the Cozumel Hospital by Ambulance as my finger was bleeding alot. The Doctor stitched it, but didn't get it closed completely, I was charged $1,200., they wouldn't take my Insurance. I did make it back to the Margaritaville Islander by 4:30pm, as they were leaving Port.

  The tour was amazing!! Nicolas & Fredy were so nice helpful very knowledgeable and friendly. They exceeded our expectations! The tour was well organized and we saw alot of marine life!

  It was a very great time on this tour. Get to see a lot of wonderful under water life and enjoy food and drinks. Nikko was amazing tour guide.

  I had my reservation at 10 am, I showed up at the meeting point at that time and was told that my boat had already left because they had filled the boat. I don’t understand why if I have my reservation made since September and I arrive on time, they take my place. Then we had to wait 1:30h to leave in the next. The tour itself went well because the places you visit are beautiful. Then they took 5 pictures and a video that look terrible and charged me 300 pesos to send them to me on WhatsApp. In the ad it said unlimited drinks and ceviche/snack, then you are told that it is two drinks per person but there were not two drinks for everyone and ceviche is scarce. I felt conned.

  It really is a trip to paradise. Paulino is a freak. Very professional and very careful of our security. I took some great pictures that a collaborator took right there. They fulfilled everything offered and with the best predisposition. I would certainly do it again.

  The three locations were all different and unique. The speed of swimming was perfect. We say a lot of beautiful marine life including starfish, baby sharks, a large sea turtle, coral, manta rays and tons of schools of fish!
