Nice experience but they pressure and insist a lot for the tips at the end of the excursion that give bad end … even knowing that we paid much more than the others guest on the same boat with Viator

We chose to walk the 2km to the marina. Safe and easy. The crew was wonderful and it was exactly as advertised. The fresh ceviche with chips and a couple of cervesas at "Stingray Beach" was perfect!

The equipment was poor, the masks rubber were torn. They gave no flippers. The safety was poor because we were just getting off the boat when the captain started the engine. Some of us were on one side of the boat and others on the other side of the engine. Be aware that one site is just beach with knee high water and here is where you stay most of the tour

Our guide for snorkeling with Maybe Tours in Cozumel was AMAZING. This was our first time, and my husband and I struggled in the beginning, me even starting to have a panic attack. Our guide in the water was so calm and collected, immediately came to me and helped me and calmed my nerves. He stayed with me until I was able to do it on my own. He made us feel very safe, which is so needed in an adventure excursion. They took such good care of us, and it was one of the greatest experiences of my life. Also, the underwater photographer was a great touch we werent expecting. Even though we brought a GoPro, he got images of the both of us that we never could've gotten on our own. HIGHLY recommend.

Depending on what boat you are out on it can take. a long time (35+min) to get to the first site. We were only in the water about 15 min before we moved to the next and we were in the water for about 10 min there. The snacks are good but not super plentiful. Staff is very kind and helpful.
