Tour stars approximately at 7:45AM to 6:40PM - This VIP Day Tour from Ho Chi Minh City with Transfers by Limousine allows you to experience the history, culture, and natural beauty of Southern Vietnam in just one day. Around 7:45am, get picked up from your hotel in center of Ho Chi Minh City and head to Cu Chi Tunnels. After 1.5 hours ride, we arrive at the tunnels where you will get a chance to learn about the fascinating history and significance of the tunnels during the Vietnam War. You will have the opportunity to crawl distances through the tunnels, and witness the intricate network of underground tunnels and traps that played a significant role in the war. You can also try your hand at shooting some of the old rifles used during the war. After exploring the tunnels, we'll head to a local restaurant for lunch to try some of the delicious local Vietnamese cuisine (vegan food available)
My Tho
After lunch, we'll head to My Tho - the heart of the Mekong Delta region. You'll get a glimpse into the daily life of the locals as we take a boat ride down the Mekong River, where you can enjoy the picturesque scenery of the surrounding countryside. We will then take a sampan ride through the small waterways with coconut palms lining both sides, where you can experience the rural lifestyle. Stop by at the bee house to watch locals perform traditional music while savoring fresh tropical fruits and honey tea. We'll wrap up our day tour and head back to Ho Chi Minh City in the late afternoon, where we'll drop you off at your hotel around 6:50pm. This is a unique opportunity to experience some of the best Southern Vietnam has to offer, with a mix of history, culture, and natural beauty all in one day.

4.00This is a very long day. I'd say 5-6 hours of the day is in the coach, but it is very comfortable. Van not made for Westerners as viewing reatricted by level of windows, meaning you are looking down, not really out. Tunnels was the highlight. Something I've wanted to do forever. Mekong Delta interesting. Trip to small islands is really a chance for residents to sell you things, souvenirs, coconut products, manuka honey etc. Guide ("Joe") was amazing.

5.00Very good tour. Tony the tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. It was a long day but it was enjoyable and educational. The travel van was nice and only having 6 tourists was optimal. The lunch that was provided was a nice sampler of different types of bites. Don’t forget the bug spray. Would recommend this tour, it is a long day but you do knockout 2 attractions in a single day.

5.00The tunnel excursion is definitely a must if you want to know more from the Vietnamese perspective about the Vietnam War. We were lucky enough to be guided by Tommy and it was a great experience. The second part in the Mekong Delta took us home and introduced us to their way of life. The boat ride on the small canal is very pleasant and quiet!
