In this Hands On workshop, enjoy blending your own signature scent and crafting a custom candle to take home. A memorable experience filled with delightful aromas and personalized touches! The experience is uniquely yours and our crew will guide you through each step of the creative process: Step 1: Select your preferred vessel from a variety of options from $15 to $49 and up. This rate includes all components of making one candle. Step 2: Visit our wall of fragrances to begin creating your signature scent. Step 3: Return to your station ready for assistance in the pouring process – all tools will be provided. Upon completion, enjoy visiting our chandlery store for a discount on beautiful home goods, locally made souvenirs and more!

We had a wonderful time smelling and combining scents to make our own unique candle but we all used salted honey butter scent in our candles.

I had a wonderful birthday here! The class was so much fun — such a unique and hands-on experience. I was honestly overwhelmed (in the best way) by how many amazing scents were available to choose from. The Candle Queen was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole process easy, fun, and educational. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does. Highly recommend for a birthday, girls’ night, or just because!

Some friends dragged me along to a candlemaking class and I actually had the most wonderful afternoon and I am evidently a savant at candle making. Unlock your hidden potential and do some fun fun candle making in Ketchikan Alaska.

What a fun experience! My maid of honor planned a ladies night for us and it’s definitely a night we won’t forget! Our host, Shawna, matched our vibes and handled this crew so well! There were cute vessels and SO MANY different fragrances to choose from to craft your own candle with. We’re already talking about booking our next class! If you’re thinking about it or haven’t booked with Ketchikan Candle Co. yet, you need to do it now!
