We will start at Mossman Gorge National Park, which is the southern part of the Daintree Rainforest. Your guide will share their knowledge of the local flora and fauna with you and answer any questions you may have. This is an easy 500m return walk mostly along boardwalks. We enjoy a delicious Morning Tea at the Mossman Gorge Visitors Centre. Your choice of plunger coffee or Daintree Tea with a traditional damper served with jam, honey and cream.

Next we head along the Captain Cook Hwy through the township of Mossman and past the cane fields up to the Daintree Rainforest.

5.00Our Daintree tour was terrific. Even though it rained, and I mean POURED most of the time, we saw a baby and a juvenile crocodile, and 3 Cassowaries! Our guide, Cam, was a wealth of knowledge about animals and the history of the area. It was a great intro to the rainforest.

4.00Very well arranged. Nice lunch and our guide (Andrea) was very nice and cozy.. Only the swimming after lunch I would take out of the tour. That is far too short and I would have preferred that time with cape tribulation.

5.00Very interactive , open to questions and Cam our guide was very knowledgeable and a great guide for the day. Timing was amazing and we enjoyed all aspects of the trip despite the rain at the end but it is the season !

5.00What a great day!!! Saw a huge male croc and plenty of other wildlife. The rainforest and the mangroves were brrathtaking. Andrea made us all feel welcome from the first minute and was the glue of the group. His jokes and open demeanor gave us space to talk to each other and ask plenty of questions. He also knew a lot about the nature and history of the area. The ice cream at the end was an absolute treat. Would give 10 stars if I could!
