Our driver collect you from the hotel in Kandy(city limited hotels) as earlier as possible ( around 8 am or before)

transfer to Sigiriya – Approximately 2-3 hours drive before go to the Sigiriya a short visit Matale Hindu temple, one hour drive to Dambulla  for Visiting Dambulla cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site which Lord Buddha’s life is painted on the walls of the cave which is believed to be done during the 2nd century.

After visiting cave temple, Lunch at a recommended restaurant after having lunch,Visit the Sigiriya Rock Fortress at evening

Sri Muthumari Amman Kovil

The magnificent temple, featuring 1,008 statues of Hindu deities, is the masterpiece of South Indian sculptor Nagalingam and his son Ramanathan. Assisted by a team of around 100 designers, painters, and architects from Tamil Nadu and Sri Lanka, the temple’s grand Raja Gopuram was completed in 2007 at an estimated cost of Rs. 150 million. This architectural marvel stands as a testament to their skill, devotion, and artistry.

Sigiriya The Ancient Rock Fortress

    I really enjoyed the day tour and saw everything I had hoped to see. Mr Irfan was a very good guide and driver, friendly and knowledgeable and we stopped for juices and fruit along the way. He was able to answer my questions and was willing to stop at any time. The company was easy to communicate with, reliable and professional and are much recommended.

    Great day! Mr Fazeel was my driver and provided great conversation and information along the way - I should note that his role is that of a driver and not a guide but he shared so much and pointed out interesting things along the way so he may as well have been! Part of the tour included a stop at Royal 100 Spice Garden. Read a Google review or two on this place and you’ll get the picture. It was nonetheless interesting and I never felt pressured the purchase. Sigiriya is amazing. Take your time there and try to get there as early as possible to avoid the heat and crowd. Dambulla Cave Temple will be interesting if this is your first time visiting Buddhist temples. If it’s not, you probably won’t find it all that exciting. Mr Fazeel also pointed out an Ancient Village tour that was an option and asked regularly if I was okay or needed to stop for food or rest. A great driver.

    We had a great day with our driver Shamin, who made sure we got an authentic experience and that we spent our time how we wanted to. Plenty of photos and facts about the local flora and fauna. He was attentive to when we needed water or a snack and looked out for bathroom stops. We decided not to do all the stops but really enjoyed the Dambulla Cave Temple and Pidurangala in particular! A great way to spend the day.
