excellent trip guide was very knowledgeable. my partner had a walker and the driver was very helpful. we saw all we expected to see and more, would highly recommend this tour and it was great because it was just the four of us

Members of the party where given different start times. Some 8am the others 9am. This greatly reduced the time we had to visit the Batu caves. We where given only 20 minutes to take a few photos and no time to enter the caves. Lunch was poorly organised choosing a location in the city the driver couldn't park ,so we where left to try and translate and organise our dinner.After which the driver was going to take us on a sightseeing trip which did not include the Petronas towers the main reason for the visit into the city. Not happ in that we where taken in between the caves and towers to 2 factories/shops where we could have had more time at the caves. Would not use again as bad organisation

We were picked up on time at the port entrance and taken to the most interesting destinations, where we had plenty of time to look around. The car was large, clean and well air-conditioned. You can skip the silk painting factory (the toilets were extremely dirty). We decided not to visit the jewelry factory. Instead, the driver took us to the Hard Rock Cafe at our request. Lunch was Chinese in a cheaply furnished but clean mini-restaurant. There were many different delicious dishes. The driver spoke good English and was able to answer all of our questions well. Recommended.

The driver hardly spoke English. His comments were limited tob” this is church” or „ go there”. Leaf banana lunch did not happen - the Indian restaurant was out of leafs and looked not inviting. We came back to our ship much earlier. Avoid!!

Our tour guide was amazing and she sensed the speed we wanted at different stops. We did everything we wanted.

We did a private tour through with locals and had the amazing Joel as our guide, he picked us up from the port, very easy to disembark we arranged a tour doing partly our choice and parlty his, We were picked up at 9am and travlled to the Bhuta Caves really wonderful experience and not one many if any of the cruise ships go to. We then cam back in the city and took photos of the twin towers, went to central market and had a lovely lunch, went up the KL tower and then went to various famous sights in KL and walked around the traditional streets, he dropped us back at the port for 4.30pm. There were 5 of us and the cost was $250, I would def recommend doing this rather than a curise tour which is 3+ times the price.
