5.00The desert safari was absolutely incredible and easily one of the highlights of my Qatar trip. From start to finish, the experience was perfectly organized and worth every penny. The dune bashing was thrilling and exhilarating, especially with such a skilled and confident driver who made it both safe and fun. Visiting the Inland Sea and watching the sunset in the desert was truly breathtaking and unforgettable. The desert camp was well maintained, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the dinner was delicious. Most importantly, the tour operator was extremely professional, punctual, and friendly, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

5.00This was such a cool experience. Bilal who lead our tour was punctual with pick up and drop off. He confirmed everything the night before. Safe driver and very friendly. My bf loved the ATV, and I loved seeing the inland sea. I could have done without the camel experience… we got on the camels for about a 3 minute ride just for pictures.

5.00I had a great time on the Qatar Gold Dune Safari during my long layover in Doha. Bilal was a very friendly and professional guide. There were only 6 people in a 4x4 Land Cruiser, which felt perfect and comfortable. The dune bashing and sandboarding were fun, and the Inland Sea was beautiful. Everything was smooth and well organised. This is the best tour to do if you have a long layover in Doha and is totally worth the money.

5.00Ticket pick-up said 8.30am, the guide messaged me and changed it to 8am … then he changed it to 7.50am last-minute and was early — I was impressed! Our guide, Sayed, had very good English, clearly loves his job, and the only thing I didn’t like was that he was texting whilst driving (eek!). We spent the first 45 mins driving all over Doha collecting other passengers — this made for some good sightseeing! Sayed pointed out different areas etc which was great. The camel ride was very touristy indeed — we were offered hot tea and a rest, with the last bathroom before the remainder of the tour (the toilets were pretty gross — not clean and there wasn’t any toilet paper). I really don’t think they need the 35-minute stop here — bit of a waste of time. Dune bashing was awesome and the tunes were cranked — loved that!! Sandboarding was also cool — I went twice! Inland sea stop was just for 10 minutes. Tip: don’t book too far in advance. When I first went to book on Viator there were only options for a private tour (about 2 months out) — I ended up booking 2.5 weeks out and it was perfect, as others had booked and I could join a group tour for a lot cheaper. We took the desert highway back to Doha — very cool!
