  The Location of the boat is very difficult. If you come at night there is no lighting on the sign. The boat is on a dock down below the path and there are multiple workboats on the same dock. The ladder is located behind the hotel. Since we searched for over 30 minutes before we finally found the dock we missed the boat. The owner responded to my complaint as he has to all others, very rudely and insisting that I was lying about trying to locate the boat and that I must have just been late and missed it. Completely untrue. His response to every complaint I read was that they were wrong and that he is perfect in every way.

  This was our last activity in Cambodia and if you going for a sight seeing at night you will enjoy the views as for dinner it was average and a little disappointing. We needed a top up after There is no choice if you prefer Asian or Western cousine? You are inform that you are having Western meal set and although it states 1 drink is included we were informed that it is not the case. Bruschetta was lovely , followed by cool pumpkin soup nothing spectacular and main dish was the size of fine dinning but only the seize , the meal was cool and smalll and average again. Interestingly enough before questioning that meal was included in the price we were given a menu with prices , why? We arrived very early and to be honest the boat was parked behind another boat and if we came late we would never know where to find it . No staff arrived to the top to welcome passengers , quite a lot of stairs are involved to get down and it would have been lovely for someone to start this in welcoming way. Price wise reasonable and that’s what you expect. Seems a little poorly organised

  The food was wonderful and the staff very attentive. The departure point was easy to find. They even offered umbrellas when it was raining as we went to leave. A great night out.
