  The operator never showed. Waited two hours and it ruined our staying in Nassau. People we talk to in the Bahamas had never heard of this company.

  I am a travel agent that just hosted my first group cruise on the MSC Divina. I was looking for a private tour for my group while docked in Nassau, and found Richie’s Transportation here on TripAdvisor. After reading the excellent reviews I decided to reach out to them...and I am so glad that I did! Not only were they professional, prompt in responding, and accommodating, but they also offered me an amazing value for the money. I was able to customize a tour that was better than anything I saw in the cruise line excursions. Shanell (my new sister from another mister) called me on the morning of the tour ready to go. She was exactly where she said she would be, and the bus was immaculate. She and the driver were so friendly and made the tour fun for everyone. Our group ranged in ages from 4 to 65. We had the right amount of time at each stop, and they even helped us with our group pictures. I had requested a stop at the world famous Fish Fry. Shanell took things a step further and arranged for us to go to Frankie’s Gone Bananas. IT WAS SO GOOD!!! The fish was so fresh, and everyone in the group loved it. Richie’s Transportation will be my go-to provider anytime I go to Nassau. I could not be happier with their service. They represent Nassau so well. Thank you so much for making our tour so memorable.
