Aghpati Monastery It was founded by Queen Khosrovanush (wife of the Armenian king Ashot III) in 976. This active monastery consists of one vestibule, two sepulchral corridors, a refectory, a scriptorium, an Amazaspi chapel, a bell tower and several chapels. You will admire the architectural ensemble, as well as visit the ancient tombs and Khachkar crosses.

On Lake Sevan there is a huge restaurant stretching out from where there are beautiful views of Lake Sevan, here we will have the opportunity to taste the delicious products of Lake Sevan.

4.00The tour was fine, Paata was a knowledgeable guide at each stop, but would be greater if we spoke more about the history of the country and genocide (barely mentioned). Our car broke down so we lost few hours of time fixing it, and came back late - the guide was helpful with getting a taxi after. The stops were sometimes a bit too long, and while a few couples from our bus were consistently late the guide did nothing about it, so we lost a lot of unnecessary time. In Yerevan the free time is one hour - too long to do nothing but waaaaaay too short to do absolutely anything. This should be improved. The best thing about the tour is that you can do it as a day trip

5.00A well designed tour to give more than a glimpse of Yerevan and Armenia. Paata our guide made the trip! Knowledgeable, approachable and well humoured all day, he guided us at a perfect pace and his enthusiasm was infectious. He has a decent playlist for the ride home too. I’d highly recommend this trip!

5.00A nicely designed tour, well paced with a good momentum maintained all through the day. Paata, our guide, made the trip! He was friendly, approachable, incredibly knowledgable and managed to maintain a cheerful and buoyant mood throughout the day, making this a most enjoyable day. A great opportunity to get the flavour of Yerevan and Armenia. I’d definitely recommend this trip. Everyone seemed to enjoy it.

5.00This trip was long but worth it. You’ll see a lot of Armenia in a single day. A good way to see another country from Georgia in a day. Our guide Paata was great and very informative.

5.00We had a wonderful day out in Armenia with Paata! He took care of all the driving and explained our destinations to us, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. We enjoyed seeing the monasteries which are still decently intact and show great examples of Armenian architecture, along with fantastic views of the mountains. Victory Park was excellent with the Mother of Armenia statue and old soviet planes and tanks. We got a more modern look at Armenia with the trip to the Museum of Fine Art and concluded with a short stop in Yerevan to look around. All in all, you get a lot of value for what you pay. There are many stops but you get enough time to soak in the surroundings. Paata was a wonderful, friendly guide who took great care of us. (And even provided us with a fantastic education on Georgian music on the car ride back!) Highly recommend!

5.00Great tour to Armenia. My guide, Sophia was so professional and nice. She guided us to all spots with good infotmaton and explanation in fluent English and Russian. Also tour bus is in good condition with comfortable seats and cell phone chrgers. I highly recommand this Armenian tour to discover new contry.

5.00A great way to experience Armenia if you have short time to spare. The trip covers most of the tourist spots and we loved it. The weather is cold especially in the morning. There are plenty of food options in the food court and prices are reasonable. Our guide ( I don’t get his name) is very funny, always cracking jokes, and is very well informed as he shares information throughout our journey.
