• Poorly integrated web based app gets lost on day 2.

  As someone 55 years old I get along okay with a cell phone. Still between email confirmation, links, the Viator app, and the required login from the website with potentially revolving password I had a hard time accessing the app. Day 1 I couldn't log in without assistance from Viator who had to communicate with the "local guide." They resent the link and we used for a few sites. The information was okay. It was convenient enough. One spot had a link to a You Tube video that gave good information. So they curated some basic information which is really what you are paying for. Day 2 again I felt my age as for the life of me I couldn't find the spot to click the link to reactivate the web page. Whether it was one of my 3 emails, the Viator app, Whatsapp, or the webpage that closed/reset on me IDK. Despite looking I determined it wasn't worth the effort to contact support again. If you are younger and live on your phone you might rock this. It made me feel incompetent and old. You do need to have data. I loaded an e-sim onto my phone. That wasn't smooth but I got it running. If you don't feel comfortable with that, or buying a local temporary sim card this app isn't for you.

  Great way to get around the island! We had a rental car and this app helped us maximize our time, getting detailed information on the best beaches and must see areas. Very well organized suggested route with information on parking, any fees, etc

  What a fantastic way to explore the island. With our rental car we decided every day which part of the route we would do. The web app consists of various interesting places such as the best beaches, natural parks, cultural places and so on. The route goes clockwise so always very logical. You don't have to search yourself because you always stop at the right place and once you have arrived you can read about the highlight. We recommend, regardless of the low price you pay, the use of this web app.
