Enjoy a beautiful private winter hike in the Dolomites near Bolzano in the company of professionals.
All you need is a backpack, a pair of winter boots shoes and the desire to discover these fantastic mountains that are part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
In addition to safety, our primary goal is to hike where there are fewer people, so you can better enjoy the majesty of the Dolomites.
Under our expert guidance, we will hike at a speed suitable for you and your friends, without rushing.
The best part of the day is the return: we can rent a sled and quickly go back to the starting point of the tour. It is fun for young people and adults alike!
Be prepared to enjoy the Dolomites as the locals do and without having to worry about where to go and how to do it. Your guide is a seasoned professional who will know where to take you-just follow him!

After booking, you will be contacted by the local guide to customize the tour.

Snowshoes or Micro Crampons are not always necessary. Depending on snow and trail conditions, winter boots may be sufficient.

After pickup at your accommodation, you will transfer by car with your guide to the starting point of the hike. If necessary, we will take a cable car or a snowmobile to quickly reach higher altitudes from where we can hike with better views and wider horizons. The hike is on easy mountain trails that are covered by the snow and can be more or less challenging depending on your fitness level and weather conditions. Your private guide will choose the most suitable trails for you. In most cases, we can rent a sled to quickly return to the starting point. It is not difficult to use a sled even if you have never used one before. In the Dolomites near Bolzano we offer several winter hiking options in the areas of "Val di Funes", "Latemar", "Catinaccio" and "Alpe di Siusi". During the day there is time to stop for lunch. Once booked, a couple of days before the tour starts, you will be contacted by the local guide to customize the tour and meeting time. Be sure to bring appropriate winter clothing, gloves, beanie and winter boots. It may be cold, as we are in the middle of winter!

5.00Daniele and Guido were able to customize an overnight hike for my wife and myself to Rifugio Fanes. The Dolomites are a special place for sure and the natural beauty did not disappoint. Guido was the perfect guide and took the hike at our pace. We started the hike with a nice coffee and pastry and 3 hours later ended at a rifugio with one of the best lunches and a beer tasting of some local beers that you can only get at the rifugio. Dinner was also wonderful and there was some spontaneous entertainment from a group celebrating a birthday. This goes down as a core memory for me. WELL worth the time and money on this!

5.00A wonderful experience hiking in Val di Funes with Guido as our guide. We went for the typically recommended route which is a comfortable 2-3 hr hike for anyone moderately fit. Guido looked after everything; from additional hiking equipment (poles, crampons) for the conditions on the day, to getting us seated quickly at the Geisleralm for lunch despite it being very busy. Highly recommend taking the opportunity to do some sledding!
Just book this tour with Guido. You won’t regret it.

5.00Guido is a wonderful and thoughtful guide. He picked us up from our Bolzano hotel and 40 mins later we were ready to hike two hours through the magnificent Dolomites. Guido provides snow poles and shoe spikes so we felt very safe. Lunch at the top was incredible. Guido helped us secure a table despite huge queues on one of the busiest days of the year. We then rented sleds for an 8km sled ride down the track. We were nervous at first but Guido trained us and we had the time of our lives!!! This tour was the highlight of our Europe trip.
Just book this tour. You won’t regret it.

5.00Our day hiking and sledding in the Dolomites with Guido was a huge highlight of our Europe trip! Guido picked us up from Bolzano and in 40 mins we were ready to hike through the glorious snow. Guido provided everything we needed including shoe spikes to ensure we didn’t slip on the ice and snow poles. Guido showed us how to use the sleds and we successfully sledded 8kms down the sledding track!!! Our teenagers loved this so much! The lunch stop was superb and a well deserved rest after our two hour hike. Guido is a wonderful and thoughtful guide and helped us secure a table for lunch despite huge queues on one of the busiest days of the year. This was a brilliant day out to see the majestic Dolomites.

5.00Amazing day! Guido knows all the best vantage points for photos and is very knowledgeable about all the trails. Great guide! Stunning views all along the trails and even better at the Geisler Alm for lunch. Don’t miss this excursion or the sled ride!
